(actually the most i love)
1.LAMB CHOP
Lamb chops are cuts of lamb which are made by cutting at an angle perpendicular to the spine, generating a single serving of meat which is traditionally cooked and served with the bone in. Parts of the ribs and vertebrae are usually present in lamb chops, depending on the region of the lamb the chops are cut from. This meat chop is a common offering in the spring, when lambs are plentiful, although year-round demand for lamb has led some farmers to breed their sheep on a staggered schedule to ensure that this tender, flavorful meat is available consistently. The best chops come from the loin, rib, and sirloin.
2.LAMB KEBAB
kebab is a Middle Eastern dish of pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit originating in the Middle East, and later adopted in Central Asia and by the regions of the former Mongol Empire and later Ottoman Empire, before spreading worldwide. The traditional meat for kebab is lamb.
3.GOAT/MUTTON CURRY
Curry goat is a curry dish originating in India and has become very popular in Indo-Caribbean cuisine. This dish has spread throughout the English speaking Caribbean and also the Caribbean diaspora in North America and Great Britain.Curry goat is a popular party dish in Jamaica and at a 'big dance' a local expert or 'specialist' is often brought in to cook it.It is considerably more mild than the equivalent dishes from the Indian subcontinent and is flavoured with a spice mix that is typical of Indo-Jamaican cooking and Scotch Bonnet Peppers; it is almost always served with rice and, in restaurants in North America and Great Britain, other typically Caribbean side dishes such as fried plantain may be served as an accompaniment. There are many variations on the dish that include using mutton when goat is not available or bulking it out with potatoes.
4.GOAT SATAY
Still same like other regular satay, however the different in taste of this goat satay with regular chicken satay just like heaven and earth.Enough to make us nosebleeding when think about it.
HOWEVER there still plenty more lamb dishes to be described here,n not to forget, goat milk also one of the pleasuring drink.
